We know it can be hard to choose the perfect room essentials or know which Twin XL bedding item provides you with optimal sleep comfort. For this reason, Dorm Haul offers Flat Rate Return Shipping. ($15.00 per item under $125, or, $35.00 per item over $125) **See Below: Exceptions for Washed Bedding & Assembled Furniture**

Exchanges:

You can return your initial order as per our hassle free instructions and place a new order at your convenience. This means you'll get your preferred bedding as soon as possible.

How It Works:

Dorm Haul provides you with a PREPAID, emailed FedEx Return Label. Once you receive your emailed Return Label, simply print it out, place it on your box (over the old shipping label), and take the package to your nearest participating FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center or Walgreens location. Once Dorm Haul receives your package, we will process your return and you'll receive a refund or store credit less $15.00/$35.00 per item (Flat Rate Return Shipping Cost).

Return Timeframe:

Returns under 30 days receive Refunds to your original form of payment. Returns over 30 days and under 120 days receive Dorm Haul Store Credit.

The 30 day and 120 day timeframes span from the date you received your order to the date it arrives back to us. For store credit, the store credit code will be automatically applied to your customer account and it does not expire. To use your store credit in the future, you will need to place the order while logged into your customer account. While in checkout, you will see an option to pay using your store credit. Any returns received past the 120 day point will either be denied with no notification needed, or we will issue Dorm Haul store credit for 50% of the product value.

No Additional Fees:

Dorm Haul does not charge a restocking fee on returns. This means if you get the returned goods back to us using our hassle free label there are no additional fees beyond our $15.00/$35.00 Flat Rate Return shipping per item.

Return Labels vs. Return to Sender:

Orders returned by the "return to sender" method will result in additional costs and fees that will be deducted from your overall return amount. "Return to sender" shipping is not recommended, as there is a higher likelihood of your package being delayed, damaged, or lost during shipment. It is important to return using Dorm Haul's flat rate shipping label. The Flat Rate $15.00 per item under $125 or $35.00 per item over $125, will cost significantly less than "Return to Sender" shipping cost deductions.

Your DormHaul shipping label is pre-set to automatically return your order to our warehouse address listed below. Only orders placed on DormHaul.com can be processed. If you purchased a Dorm Haul item through another website and our shipping label is used you will not be refunded and your item will be donated.

Dorm Haul offers Hassle Free Returns. Orders can be returned up to 120 days after delivery.

Exceptions: 

  1. Washed Bedding (Care Instructions are important to follow. Not following care instructions may lead to damage and harm to the product making it non-refundable.)
  2. Products that are returned in egregiously highly abused condition.
  3. Toppers that have been opened. (Toppers must be in their unopened, original packaging to be eligible for a return).
  4. Furniture that has already been assembled.

Returns are hassle free and are offered at a Flat Rate Shipping Cost of just $15.00 per item under $125, or, $35.00 per item over $125. The Return Shipping Label is Free to download, the $15.00/$35.00 per item is deducted from your refund.

  • Package your Return
  • Follow the steps to print your PREPAID return label to ship your item(s) back.
