PLACING NEW ORDERS

Where is my order shipping from?

Orders ship from our Nashville, TN warehouse.

Can I place an order now, and have it shipped later?

Yes! Please check out our Pack & Hold program for more information.

Can you ship directly to my school?

We can ship to mailrooms on campus. If you want your order to ship prior to move in, we recommend that you check with your school to confirm that they will accept packages beforehand.

Can you ship to my hotel or Airbnb?

Please confirm with your hotel or host that they are able to accept packages for guests, and how they require the packages to be addressed prior to placing an order.

ORDER ISSUES

I received a Damaged or Defective Item

Please contact us upon receipt of your order if you receive a damaged or defective item. An item that arrives damaged or defective with documentation can receive a free replacement. To do so, please contact Dorm Haul by emailing help@dormhaul.com with your order number and photos.

If a replacement is not wanted, a defective or damaged item can be mailed back for a refund via our standard return policy.

If damage or a defect becomes present under normal use of an item and you received your item within the last 90 days, please contact our Service Team at help@dormhaul.com.

I Received the Wrong Product

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Dorm Haul's Service Team by emailing help@dormhaul.com within 5 days of receiving the product.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Once an order is placed and you have an order number, the only way to change a quantity or cancel an order is to email help@dormhaul.com. "URGENT" should be included in the subject line for a faster response. It is important to note that if your order has already shipped or passed certain stages of our shipment processing, we will not be able to make a quantity adjustment or cancellation.

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order has not been shipped, please contact our Phone Ordering Team at 888-683-3830 or by emailing us at help@dormhaul.com with 'URGENT' in the subject line, to request a change in address and provide the new address. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change your shipping address. We recommend double checking your shipping address prior to placing the order, and confirming it is correct on the order confirmation email/invoice.

My Order Never Arrived / An Item is Missing from my Shipment

Click the "Order Status" link in the footer of the website to track your order status. Within your Dorm Haul account, be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered," please contact Dorm Haul customer service (help@dormhaul.com) for assistance. For missing items, please also check inside all boxes for smaller items as they may have been packed inside in order to ship together.

Please also check your paper packing slip. If an item is on backorder, it will be circled and say "Backorder" next to it.

MY ACCOUNT

Login Trouble?

  1. Clear your Browser's Cache. Some browsers need you to clear your cache before you can login. If you are familiar with how to do this, clear your cache and you'll be able to login to your Dorm Haul account upon refreshing the Dorm Haul page.
  2. Try using a different internet browser or different Device
  3. Reset your password. If you do not know how to clear your cache, and trying a different browser did not work, you can reset your password and this should also solve your login trouble. If you have any questions please email us at help@dormhaul.com

How do I Create an Account?

  1. Click the "Account" icon at the top-right of our site.
  2. Follow the instructions to create an account.

How do I Edit my Account Information?

Click the Account Icon at the top-right hand side of our site to edit your account information. Please note that changing your information here will not change it on any current open orders. Please contact our service team at help@dormhaul.com if address changes are needed for open orders.

I Forgot my Password

Click the Account Icon at the top-right of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" That link will take you to a page asking you to confirm the email address you used to create your Dorm Haul account. Once confirmed in our system you will be promoted with the next steps to create a new password.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice

Click the Account Icon link at the top-right of our site. Once in your Dorm Haul account you will be able to click on "print invoices" to have a paper copy of your transaction

When will my credit appear on my account

Credits usually take 4-7 business days to process from the time we receive your returned item(s). For questions on how to return your order please check out our Return Policy.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

What are my payment choices?

Dorm Haul accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal on all orders. All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars.
